PROF. LWOGA HIGHLIGHTS MAJOR GROWTH PLANS FOR CBE IN ONGOING INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATION

The Rector of the College of Business Education (CBE), Prof. Edda Tandi Lwoga, has explained the major development steps the college is taking, including the construction of a new campus in Hai District, Kilimanjaro Region. Speaking during a meeting with staff at the CBE Mwanza Campus, Prof. Lwoga said the new campus is part of the college’s plan to expand the provision of quality education and reach more students across the country.

Prof. Lwoga made these remarks while welcoming the Chairperson of the CBE Governing Board. She said these developments show the college’s commitment to continuing as a leading center for business education in Tanzania. She also emphasized that the college is growing quickly, and this progress is a result of good cooperation between the management, staff, and various stakeholders.

Additionally, Prof. Lwoga informed the staff that CBE has established a new Monitoring and Evaluation unit. This unit will assess staff performance to improve efficiency and encourage everyone to work according to required standards. She urged employees to cooperate with the new unit and see it as a tool to help them improve their daily performance.
