PROF. MGANILWA URGES CBE STAFF TO STRENGTHEN ACCOUNTABILITY AND SERVICE DELIVERY

The Chairman of the CBE Governing Board, Prof. Zacharia Mganilwa, has continued his routine of meeting with the college staff to encourage accountability and better service delivery. Today, November 5th, Prof. Mganilwa met with staff at the CBE Mwanza Campus and gave various instructions aimed at improving the institution’s performance.

Speaking to the staff, the Chairman stressed the importance of following public service procedures, rules, and guidelines when carrying out daily duties. He said that respecting these principles is key to building an institution that is honest, disciplined, and effective in providing services.

Prof. Mganilwa also urged staff to be creative and to continue improving innovation in their work areas so they can offer better services and satisfy their clients, including students and other college stakeholders. He encouraged them to keep working hard, professionally, and with a positive mindset that supports the overall success of the college.
